MotivaPlay Analytics provides gaming analytics, player motivation research, and behavioral insights specifically focused on the Brazilian gaming market through our platform, dashboards, and expert consultation services.
Our platform offers self-serve analytics dashboards, player segmentation tools, retention forecasting, and UX testing capabilities for game developers, publishers, and esports organizations.
We conduct custom research studies, cultural analysis, and expert consultations to provide actionable insights about Brazilian gaming audiences and player motivations.
We provide software development kits and integration tools for A/B testing, cohort analysis, and telemetry collection within gaming applications.
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.
You may not use our services to engage in illegal activities, violate intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or interfere with the operation of our platform.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes in accordance with these terms.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to our platform, but grant us a license to use such content to provide our services.
Certain services require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renewed unless cancelled. You are responsible for maintaining current payment information.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to existing customers.
Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
We process personal data in compliance with Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados and other applicable privacy regulations.
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform.
We may perform scheduled maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability, with advance notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotivaPlay Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MotivaPlay Analytics from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but certain provisions of these terms will survive.
Upon termination, you must cease using our services, and we may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Curitiba, Paraná.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
